Crafting your dream home is our passion. We are a small team that performs many of the building specialties in-house. Reducing the number of sub-contractors and trades on site has many inherent benefits, although we do work with a fantastic core of trade professionals when it best serves the project. This approach leads to a more cohesive finished product with less worry about budgets and timelines. When constructing high performance homes, it is crucial for all of the individual components of the system to work harmoniously together - so eliminating as many variables as possible gives us the best chance at giving you the best product possible:

Who We Are
White Hill Custom Construction is the home building branch of The Hillier Group - a General Contractor based in Cottonwood Heights, UT. Jeff Hillier has owned and operated The Hillier Group since 2019. With broad experience spanning commercial, multi family, and high-end luxury residential projects, Jeff has become intimately familiar with everything it takes to successfully take builds from concept to completion and meeting all client expectations along the way. He holds a business management degree from Western Governor’s University, though there was no way he would choose to work at a desk every day; so you’ll see him on site with the rest of the crew throughout your project.
